At b.rucci paper, beauty of design is as important as quality. Equally important is our responsibility to the environment. For more than 10 years, Barbara Rucci has worked closely with a local, family-run print shop. Together, they are committed to practicity greener ways by:
- ~ recycling all scrap paper, printed and unprinted
- ~ recycling all metal plates and film negatives, and using paper plates whenever possible
- ~ reducing the amount of ink by going with a one or two color design
- ~ choosing Strathmore 100% cotton papers made using wind-generated electricity (cotton is a rapidly renewable source)
- ~ not using chemical driers, only using a very fine spray of cornstratch to separate pages
